Recovery Room has partnered with Fresha to deliver the best booking experience for our clients.

We strongly recommend downloading the app on your smart phone to manage your bookings, passes, memberships and client profile.

Although we think managing your bookings through the Fresha App is the easiest way, we understand this isn’t everyone’s cup of tea. If you’d rather give us a call to book your appointment, please feel free to do so.

  • Fresha is an online booking and appointment management system.

    Trusted by thousands of businesses and millions of bookers worldwide, Fresha is a simpler way to book health, wellness and beauty appointments with businesses in your area.

  • To get started on Fresha:

    1. Download the Fresha App (links above). Once downloaded, open the app and select Sign up.

    2. Click on sign up with Email or Continue with Google, or Facebook.

    3. If you’re signing up with email, fill in your details and click ☑️ to agree to the Privacy Policy, Terms of Use and Terms of Service.

    4. Click Sign up.

  • You can book using the following 3 methods:

    1. Book with the App*: Download the app on your smart phone using the App Store or Google Play links above.

    2. Book via our website: Use the “Book Online” button on our website.

    3. Call to book: When in doubt, you can always call us to book in your session.

    *Steps to booking in with the app

    1. Once you’re logged into the app, use the search bar to find Recovery Room (Kawana). Click on our venue.

    2. To view our service list and book an appointment, click on Book now and choose which service you’d like to receive and when.

    3. Once confirmed, you’ll receive a booking confirmation to your registered email address.

    4. You’ll be notified of any forms that need to be completed before your appointment takes place. You can also view these under your appointment details.

  • It’s really easy to manage and make changes to your appointments from your Fresha account.

    Cancel an appointment

    1. Click on My appointments to view any past or upcoming appointments you have.

    2. Select the appointment you’re looking to cancel.

    3. Click Cancel and Cancel to confirm. Please note we have a 2-hour cancellation policy.

    Reschedule an appointment

    1. Click on My appointments to view any past or upcoming appointments you have.

    2. Select the appointment you’re looking to reschedule.

    3. Click Reschedule and select the time and date you’d like to reschedule to, and Confirm.

    Once confirmed, the appointment will be automatically updated under My appointments and you’ll receive a notification confirming the changes to your booking.
